Creating a Culture of Care at SCF emphasizes the well-being and support of every Manatee, fostering an environment where students feel valued and connected. During this session we will explore the challenges that our students face using immersive exercises and group discussion. We will learn about empathy and its critical role in building connection. Attendees will take away ideas on how to foster a culture of care with their students and with their colleagues.
