This course goes beyond typical customer service techniques to engage your internal & external customers in unexpected ways.  Participants will identify their internal customers and develop strategies for working productively and proactively with them and develop tools to avoid and rectify problems. We will also discuss and practice how to deal with an irate customer and understand how and when to escalate a situation when needed.
