Join us for this session as we help you find ways to identify and skillfully manage your stressors. You'll explore definitions of stress and take an assessment to measure your personal stress. We'll review and discuss a variety of methods to deal with stress. And then you'll practice managing stress and evaluate your best de-stressors by experimenting with our stress stations. You'll leave with an action plan to better manage and overcome stress. Warning:
