In Summer Splashdown Challenge, campers will design and create their own water balloon launchers, exploring the principles of physics and innovation while staying cool and having a blast! This camp is perfect for kids who love to tinker, imagine, and problem-solve, turning everyday materials into something extraordinary. 

Camp Highlights: 

• Design Your Launcher: Campers will imagine and sketch their water balloon launcher concept, choosing from designs like slingshots, catapults, levers, or something entirely unique. 

• Build a Prototype: Using creative materials, kids will bring their designs to life with a scale model of their launcher. 

• Explore Power Sources: Campers will experiment with different ways to power their launchers, from human strength to air pressure, learning how physics impacts their designs. 

• Digital Storytelling: Using digital tools like PowerPoint, campers will create a presentation to explain their launcher’s design, function, and innovation journey. 

• Splashdown Fun: Campers will have the chance to test and showcase their launcher models in a fun and engaging camp finale!
