Production Involvement

This course (TPA 1290) presents the theories and techniques of performance, stagecraft, lighting, sound, costuming and/or makeup while participating in a working staged production.  Practical experience in college theatre is provided.  Acting roles in the production are contingent upon auditioning and accepting a role, while technical positions are offered per program manager and director approval.

This is ONLY for actors or crew members that are cast in an SCF Production.
Auditions will be held on January 14, 2025.  


*Students involved in this course must audition for production. Student will be admitted into the class only if cast in the show or added to the technical team. Before registering, please contact Craig Smith at 941-752-5586 or smithc@scf.edu.
