ClassGraphic This introductory course explores both the design and coding sides of web development.  Participants will learn keys to good UX/UI design, create a mini project in Figma, learn HTML & CSS and will prepare to earn the Knowledge Pillars HTML / CSS Coding Specialist Certification.  

This is a hybrid instructor-led course.  Participants may join either in person or online.  Scholarships are available for those who qualify. You can apply at Open Door Application. Certification testing is included in tuition and is a requirement for scholarships as well as program completion.   Participants will attend course sessions for 8 weeks and should expect to commit twenty-five hours per week to this training, both inside and outside of the classroom.  

Please note that ALL participants are REQUIRED to sit for the certification test at the end of the course.  The testing date will be announced the first week of class.
