ID : 11201
« back to classes page
The class first identifies and describes the different generations actively working in the workforce today.  Through discovery of the strengths of each generation participants are shown how to leverage the unique talents within the workforce to lead to success.  Additionally, participants are taught the values and observations that each generation has experienced in order to better understand them as a group.  Ultimately the class aims to teach participants how to identify and relate to each other in the workplace.
