A mindfulness approach to ethical conduct means we are 100% responsible for our thoughts, speech and actions. This is challenging as we live in a world where judging and blaming others, events and even ourselves is the norm. How do we align heart-held values with our conduct? Using mindfulness as the learning vehicle, we will examine varied definitions of ethics & integrity and learn meditation tools to recognize & embody the qualities you value.
