Students must pay $75 which will be refunded after completion of the class and taking the certification test.                     

This course prepares students to earn their CompTIA A+ certification and work as systems support specialists or help desk technicians. Students gain the skills needed for a computer support professional. The course is based on the objectives of the CompTIA A+ Essentials exam. After completing the course, the student will learn about basic computer hardware and operating systems.
The skills covered are installation, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, diagnosing, preventive maintenance, security, and soft skills. Exam fees are included. This is online with instructor-led training. Instructors have an equal or more excellent certification for the course being taught.
