SCF Leadership Academy Boot Camp

In this 6-hour training,  emerging leaders will explore what it means to become a true leader of impact, the kind of leader that leads their team to achieve true and significant results for the organization that go way beyond just a “title”. Being the kind of leader who truly changes things – for the better – is what organizations need to be successful. This course explores the key fundamentals of leadership, the key capabilities that all leaders of impact must have.
 
 This is an exciting journey for the learner that includes not only instruction on key concepts, but group discussion and activities to make the learning come alive. Each participant will develop their own action plan that will help them achieve sustainable results for themselves and their organizations.
