The object? To speak - hablar. The textbook ("Learn Spanish the Fast and Fun Way" also with cassettes, if desired), which is used for all three levels, can be purchased through most bookstores. A workbook will be given out in class and a dictionary is necessary.

English for College is an intensive program for adult, beginner and high-beginner English language learners that helps them reach the level of English needed to be accepted as a student at State College of Florida (SCF). The English for College program is specifically designed for students who plan to eventually attend college at SCF.  You may also take this program if you simply want to learn or improve your English conversation skills, but be aware this is a very rigorous program and it will require your best effort.This is an academic skills program, with homework, tests, and required attendance.
