ClassGraphic This live CompTIA Security+  course teaches the skills you’ll need to get started in one of the fastest-growing technology sectors. This course gives job seekers and IT pros the cybersecurity skills they need to succeed, incorporating best practices in hands-on troubleshooting, ensuring the candidates have the practical security problem-solving skills required. A CompTIA Security+ Certification is the first credential most employers look for in a new cybersecurity hire. Our class teaches you the skills you need to get started. You’ll also gain the core knowledge needed to pass the CompTIA Security+ Certification exam.

This is a virtual instructor-led course.  A minimum of 75% attendance is required for all instructor-led class meetings and a minimum of 90% completion of all assigned coursework, including: in-class assignments, homework, labs, and other activities.  Scholarships are available for those who qualify - you may apply at Open Door Application. Curriculum and a certification voucher is included in your tuition. Participants will attend course sessions for 8 weeks and should expect to commit a minimum of twenty-five hours per week to this training, both inside and outside of the classroom.  
Please note that ALL participants are REQUIRED to sit for the certification test at the end of the course.  The testing date will be announced the first week of class.
